Mynds e.V. is committed to protecting the data of its members. This has resulted in the following data protection concept based on Article 6 Paragraph 2 letter b GDPR.

I agree that my voluntarily provided data may be stored electronically by mynds e.V. and used for further contact and information exchange within the scope of the purpose of the association as long as I’m a Member of the mynds association.

Each club member is assigned a membership number. The aforementioned data is collected and processed only as necessary for the management of the membership. Personal data will not be shared with third parties.

The association has informed me that my consent to the processing of personal data can be revoked at any time (Article 17 GDPR). Furthermore, I have been informed that I have a right to information (Article 15 GDPR) and correction (Article 16 GDPR) regarding my stored data. A corresponding request must be sent to the association in writing.

I also confirm that the information I have provided is correct and will immediately inform the association of any changes (Article 16 GDPR).

I commit to treating the data provided to me by the association (member data) with strict confidentiality, not to disclose it to third parties or use it in a manner not in line with the association’s purpose. In particular, I will not misuse the data for advertising purposes. This obligation remains valid even after termination of membership. I am aware that violations can lead to expulsion from the association, constitute a breach of data protection laws, and may have criminal consequences.
